Lecterns are perhaps the most used structures for interpretive panels. As well as using steel uprights, Border Signs & Graphics manufacture interpretive lecterns in three timbers: European Larch, Douglas Fir and European Oak.

These timbers are all sustainably sourced from well-managed forests. You can request information about our current suppliers so you can view their sustainability policy/environmental credentials, please mention this in your quote request or email sales@bordersigns.net.

Many of these are made to specific designs and incorporate routing and sandblasting.

As well as stainless steel we use galvanised and powder coated steel and aluminium in our metal range. We manufacture many different bespoke designs as well as our standard classic shape.

We now also produce in Plaswood (recycled plastic), a waste product from agriculture. This in response to requests from councils, individuals and groups.

Why not consider the use of Interpretation panels in combination with a bench?

Border Signs & Graphics can manufacture bespoke benches, in steel or timber
to accommodate interpretive panels.
